ACH authorizes funds to be transfered directly from your checking or savings account to be posted to your student loan(s) handled by the University of San Diego Loan Administration office.  For easy convenience of applying, go directly to the ECSI website at www.ecsi.net.

Child or Family Services Cancellation

This application allows a borrower with a Perkins loan to apply for a Child or Family Services Cancellation. Please refer to your promissory note(s) to determine eligibility and to ensure you meet the pertinent requirements.

Cancellation

This application allows a borrower with a Perkins loan to apply for a Pre-Cancellation Deferment/Cancellation. Please refer to your promissory note(s) to determine eligibility and to ensure you meet the pertinent requirements.

Medical Deferment Application

This application allows a borrower to apply for a Medical deferment. Not all loan programs offer this type of deferment. Please refer to your promissory note(s) to determine eligibility and to ensure you meet the pertinent requirements.

Perkins Forebearance Application

This application allows a Perkins loan borrower to apply for forbearance. Please refer to your promissory note(s) to determine eligibility and to ensure you meeting the pertinent requirements.

Loan Information Release Form

Due to the privacy act, information cannot be released to another individual/company unless a signed release is on file in the Loan Administration office. If you would like to grant permission for someone other than yourself to obtain information regarding your account(s), please complete and mail this form back to:

School Deferment Application

This application allows a borrower to apply for a school deferment. Please be advised that not all loan programs have the same terms for a school deferment. Please refer to your promissory note(s) to determine eligibility and to ensure you meet the pertinent requirements.

Unemployment Deferment Application

This application allows a borrower to apply for an unemployment deferment. Not all loan programs offer this type of deferment. Please refer to your promissory note(s) to determine eligibility and to ensure you meet the pertinent requirements.
