Workplace Harassment Prevention Training

The University of San Diego is committed to fostering and preserving an academic environment in which members of our community are treated with respect and dignity; and in which members of our community do not engage in any form of harassment of others. To honor this commitment and California law, we are called to participate in regular sexual harassment prevention awareness-raising.

In collaboration with our vendor, Workplace Answers, Inc., we are providing a training course designed to provide our campus community with challenging, interesting, and realistic workplace situations. We believe that education is the most effective way to create a harassment-free environment, so we will be offering employees this interactive training program.
