Expectations

Ambassadors will schedule one meeting a month (a total of six meetings) with their employee cohort to see how things are going and what support the employee may need. 

These six meetings should include the following types of events:

• USD Sporting event
• USD Cultural event
• USD Networking event
• Informal gatherings (for example, lunch or coffee, a campus tour)

Anticipated time commitment:

• Approximately once a month for six months, for 1-2 hours.

Impact your contribution will make on another:

• Priceless!

Ambassadors are not expected to be a counselor or to address performance concerns.  If you find that an employee has a issue or concern that is beyond your scope of duties, please contact human resources at extension 6619 (Karey Jacques) or 2722 (Janice Evelyn).
