Connie Curran received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of San Diego. She graduated from St. Catherine’s School of Nursing in Omaha, Nebraska.
She has worked in acute care, discharge planning and for the last 15 years in community/public health. Her area of interest is preventive health care for the aging. She has worked in the Linda Vista Community with an aging and culturally diverse population for the last 7 years through grants obtained by the University of San Diego.
Ms. Curran’s current teaching responsibilities include Care of Populations, Care of the Family and Conceptual Basis of Professional Practice.
She is an evaluator for CCNE. She also is currently vice president of Zeta Mu Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau. She is on the Alumni Board for University of San Diego.
