From policy shifts to funding gaps, nonprofits are navigating new and complex terrain. But no one has to do it alone. Enter Social Impact Central.

Social Impact Central is a collaboration and resource space for nonprofit leaders and changemakers - built with the community, for the community. Here we bring together local funders, service providers, and capacity builders to make support easier to find, and more accessible to all.

Hosted by The Nonprofit Institute and shaped by input from over 400 nonprofit leaders, this hub exists to connect people, share resources, and offer support that’s responsive to what our sector needs most right now.

What we’ve heard from our community is clear:

• Help navigating policy impacts and strengthening advocacy
• Access to affordable or pro bono expert services (coaching, consulting, legal)
• Capacity building that fits real-world needs
• Spaces for connection, peer support, and shared learning
• A stronger sense of shared purpose and collective voice

Social Impact Central is a place to show up, find the support you need, and connect with others doing the work. It is a home base for San Diego’s nonprofit community.
