This hybrid/online non-degree certificate program is designed to inform, enhance and empower community college professionals (faculty and leaders on campus) to work more effectively with students and staff who identify as neurodiverse men of color with a particular emphasis on addressing issues of equity in the classroom and on campus.
Who Can Attend?
Full and part-time faculty and staff currently teaching or working in a community college.
Certificate Schedule
In-person immersion at the University of San Diego: January 15-16, 2026 followed by on-line synchronous and asynchronous learning. Synchronous classes will meet on Wednesday’s (Feb 4 - June 24) from 5:00-7:00pm.
Immersion Day #1 January 15 from 9:00am - 5:00pm
Immersion Day #2 January 16 from 9:00am - 1:00pm

Price
No cost for program tuition or certificate. Participants are only responsible for parking and travel to the in-person immersion on January 15-16, 2026 at the University of San Diego. Light breakfast items and lunch will be provided each immersion day!
Units
Upon completing this program, you have the opportunity to purchase 4 graduate-level extension units at a rate of $79 per unit.
