A curriculum grounded in practice
The EdD in Catholic Social Thought in Practice is comprised of 15 courses designed to integrate Catholic social thought, ethical leadership and applied research in organizational settings. The curriculum blends Franciscan theology and leadership studies to prepare students to lead with compassion, integrity and purpose across Catholic institutions. Coursework is organized into three areas of study — Integral Human Development, Pathway Courses and Capstone Courses — guiding students from foundational concepts to the design and implementation of an original capstone project that advances an organization’s mission.
