Shiley STEM Initiative Groundbreaking

The USD community is invited to celebrate the groundbreaking of the Shiley STEM Initiative facilities on Tuesday, May 19 at 11 a.m. in the parking lot adjacent to the Belanich Engineering Center and Warren Hall. Brief remarks will begin shortly after 11 a.m. followed by light refreshments. RSVP to attend. 

Experience USD’s transformational approach to STEM education and research through the Shiley STEM Initiative. Construction on the 70,000 square foot, three-story facility will begin shortly after Commencement. The Shiley STEM Initiative is made possible through a transformational gift by USD Board of Trustees Chair Emerita Darlene Marcos Shiley.
