This Saturday! USD to Participate in 41st Annual Linda Vista Multicultural Fair
The University of San Diego is proud to support the 41st Annual Linda Vista Multicultural Parade and Fair! This community event, which will take place from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Saturday, April 25 is intended to promote cultural awareness and understanding within the city of San Diego. Its numerous cultural exhibits, varied ethnic food offerings and delightful artistic performances are eagerly anticipated by residents and visitors to San Diego.
- Look out for our USD participants during the parade beginning at 11 a.m. including Athletics teams, Associated Student Government, and the Hahn School of Nursing!
- Attend the Welcome Ceremony at the Main Stage at noon to hear Kimya Massey, Associate Vice President / Executive Director of Athletics, provide welcoming remarks!
- Join us for the exciting unveiling of the Linda Vista Multi-Cultural Fair - World Arts Village (WAV) mural! This project was created by the students and staff of the USD Institute of College Initiatives (ICI). This new mural consists of 60 individual panels representing the diverse cultures of Linda Vista. The work is the culmination of dedicated efforts by over 40 students from Summer 2025 through Spring 2026.
- Visit the USD Torero Fan Zone on the west side lawn for games and to meet with student athletes and coaches!
- Stop by the exhibit booth area to explore USD stations featuring the College of Arts and Sciences, Shiley-Marcos School of Engineering – Engineering Exchange for Social Justice, Hahn School of Nursing, College Corps & Mulvaney Center, and School of Law Legal Clinics.

- World Arts Village: Immerse yourself in the beauty of cultural artistry at the World Arts Village. Folk artists and fine craftspeople showcase handmade textiles, pottery, jewelry, glasswork, and other visual arts.
- Kids Zone: A magical place for children of all ages, the Kids Zone is packed with laughter, creativity, and hands-on fun.
- Education Lane: Connects families with educational institutions and youth-focused initiatives, empowering the next generation of learners.
- International Food Court: Savor flavors from around the world at the International Food Court.
- Carnival Zone: It’s all fun and games at the Carnival Zone, where thrilling rides and classic attractions await.
