This four-day academy is designed to prepare and inspire cross-functional teams of K-12 educators, including administrators, counselors, classroom teachers, family liaisons, and parents, who are committed to building a restorative culture in their schools. Together, teams are guided through research-based implementation practices that strengthen meaningful relationships across the entire school community. A recent article co-authored by members of our training team highlights the design of the RJP Implementation Academy and its scaffolded approach to supporting sustainable restorative practices in schools.

This unique experience features small-group, team-based sessions where participants learn how to collaboratively plan, lead, and implement restorative justice practices at the school and district level. Teams will leave the academy with a customized, multi-year implementation plan, along with a strong network of fellow leaders, mentors, peers, and professionals engaged in the transformational work of restorative justice.

This was life changing, and something I’ll always remember wherever I go. I’ll be implementing RJP both professionally and personally and feel so empowered to do so. Thank you!

Testimonials

I am overjoyed with all of the resources that I am leaving with. There are items that can help in any situation and it is nice to have so many examples. I don't need to spend time recreating.

Thank you for such a wonderful immersive experience. After many years of doing this work, I am walking away with so many nuanced ways to think about RJP and how to push our organization in deeper ways.

Thank you so much for this training! I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to learn with and from you. As any educator who has felt on the cusp of burnout, especially the last few years, this training has me feeling excited and hopeful for the upcoming school year.
