Conscientious Leadership in the Law Program Spring 2026 Workshops

Law Student Affairs invites you to take part in the Conscientious Leadership in Law Program, a certificate experience designed to help you grow the skills that matter most in today’s legal profession. Beyond strong legal analysis, effective lawyers are thoughtful leaders—able to navigate complexity, communicate across differences, and lead with integrity. This interactive three-part workshop series focuses on emotional intelligence, ethical decision-making, and inclusive leadership, giving you practical tools to manage conflict with empathy and lead in diverse professional settings. Through hands-on learning and reflection, you’ll strengthen your professional identity and prepare to make a meaningful impact in your future practice. Students who complete the series earn a certificate and gain eligibility to apply for the Law School Leadership Ambassador role, representing USD Law in admissions and community engagement.
