Tram Services Routes

Tram routes and hours of operation adjust to better serve the campus community and special events. These routes are subject to change based on campus community needs. Check your MyUSD app to view a live map of tram locations. Campus visitors can view a live map of tram locations using this link. For more information, please email trams@sandiego.edu.

All trams are equipped with an ADA wheelchair lift, and drivers are happy to assist riders with accessibility needs.

West Campus Loop Map

West Campus Loop (Summer Hours)

7:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday - Friday

East Campus Loop (Summer Hours)

7:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday - Friday

Services the Manchester Village Apartments and the Alcala Vista Apartments. This loop is designed to transport resident students to the center of campus as quickly as possible.

Full Campus Loop (Summer Hours)

Morning Shuttle

  • First pick up at Old Town Trolley station at 6:45 a.m. and approximately every 30 minutes after.
  • Last pick up at Old Town Trolley station at 9:15 a.m.

Afternoon Shuttle

  • First departure from School of Law/Maher Hall/University Center at 3:00 p.m. and approximately every 30 minutes after.
  • Last departure from School of Law/Maher Hall/University Center at 6:00 p.m.
