Carla Wilson, MFA, joined the College of Arts and Sciences in July 2017. She is primarily responsible for supporting the Assistant Dean for Finance and Administration, as well as the Core Curriculum Director. She also works directly with the dean, associate deans and other Dean's Office administrators and staff, focusing on faculty pay, contracts and other special projects as assigned. Previously, Wilson served as a Human Resources and Financial Analyst for the University of California, San Diego, and a Senior Fund Manager at Scripps Institution of Oceanography. She has published two works of literary fiction, along with various other texts and has exhibited her mixed media artworks online, in-person and in print.
