Preliminary Transfer Credit Request Form

We are pleased to be offering you a tool that will allow you to get a preliminary look at which of your previous college coursework may transfer to USD. Before you submit the form, please carefully review the instructions at the top as they are intended to guide you on how to successfully complete the form.

For students with college/university courses taken outside of the U.S., please consult with our International Admission Office via intladmissions@sandiego.edu before filling out the form.

Once you have submitted the form, you will receive an email from crm@sandiego.edu containing the evaluation of your possible transfer credits within two business days. Please note that the results are preliminary and are not considered official. Official transcripts and exam scores are required to obtain actual transfer credit. This form should be submitted only ONCE per college to avoid processing delays.
