SoCal Swing Counselor Tour 2027

A warm welcome to all SoCal Swing 2027 participants! As a reminder, this event is by invite only and we are looking forward to hosting you on our campuses. As you begin to plan your trip, it is very important that you review the following information and instructions.
Travel Arrangements
We will begin travel arrangements in early November, and you will be notified when it is time to reach out to our travel agency to book your flight.

Our program will begin at approximately 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, January 31. The travel agent has been instructed to make arrangements for you to arrive in San Diego no later than 5:00 p.m.
Our program will conclude on Thursday, February 4 at approximately 3:00 p.m. in Los Angeles after your visit with Loyola Marymount University.
Hotels accommodations will be coordinated by the host university connected to each campus visit. Relevant information connected to your stay will be shared as we get closer to the program date.
As a reminder, our teams have developed significant programming that will cover the extent of the week-long event. If you are looking to make arrangements, outside of SoCal Swing, please be considerate of our programming timeline. We look forward to hosting you at each of our universities and thank you in advance for your commitment to attending each of the events provided.

Program concludes at approximately 3:00 p.m.
Attendees will depart for Los Angeles International Airport following the program unless they have made personal arrangements to stay longer in Southern California.
