Campus Community Policies
2.4.1 Clery Act
The University of San Diego complies with the federal Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (the “Clery Act”). The Clery Act requires colleges and universities participating in federal student aid programs to disclose to current and prospective students and employees certain information about campus crime and about security policies. Among other obligations, the Clery Act requires the university to publish an annual report setting forth certain crime statistics. For more information or to review the university’s most recent annual report under the Clery Act, please see the web page for the Department of Public Safety on the university’s website.
