We also reserve tables, chairs, trash cans, and staging for outdoor events on the USD campus only. These resources are not to leave the campus for any reason. All resources are subject to availability. Please note: While we do everything we can to honor your requests, the inventory fluctuates. It is possible that the inventory will decrease from the time you requested the resources to the day of your event. In the event that this occurs, you will be contacted by Campus Scheduling.

The Hahn University Center and Student Life Pavilion

The Hahn University Center and Student Life Pavilion is designed as the “living room” of the campus, a place where students, faculty, and staff are able to meet with friends and colleagues, relax, and feel at home. It is designed as the center of campus, including the programming and dining facilities. Offering a wide variety of student activities, the UC/SLP is the primary facility on campus dedicated to the social, cultural and dining needs of the students.

Requests are currently being accepted for the 2011-2012 academic year.
