Dr. North received her undergraduate degree from Stanford University and attended medical school at the University of California at San Diego. She has residency training in Pediatrics and Preventive Medicine, and holds a board certification in General Preventive Medicine. She earned a master’s degree in Epidemiology/ Public Health from San Diego State University in 2007. Dr. North practiced for seven years in community Pediatrics before coming to the USD Student Health Center in 2005.
Dr. North is happily married with 3 grown children. Having lived in San Diego since 1987, she still enjoys discovering new things in San Diego. Outside of work, spending time with family, hiking, rowing, art, and traveling fill most of her time.
