Empower Leadership Retreat

Empower is an off-campus retreat open to all undergraduate and graduate/law student leaders. It provides participants with an opportunity to grow through a deeper understanding of self, their personal story, and how that story impacts the community around them. This unique retreat strives to foster an environment where participants feel empowered to explore their personal and shared stories as students at the University of San Diego. This experience intentionally centers the voices of Women of Color, allowing participants to explore how one’s race and gender identities intersect as they work to create positive social change at USD and beyond. A primary goal is to attend to intersectional identities.

The retreat is financially supported by Associated Student Government and Graduate Student Government, allowing participants to attend for free.
