Student Learning and Development Transcript

Note: THIS IS NOT AN ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPT. If you would like to request an academic transcript, please contact the One Stop Student Center by phone at (619) 260-2700, or visit their office in University Center, Room 125. You may also visit the Office of the Registrar's website at www.sandiego.edu/registrar to download an Official Transcript Request Form.

What is the Transcript?

USD was, and continues to be, an early national innovator with its unique web–based transcript system that is highly student and employer friendly. The Student Learning and Development Transcript captures your overall college experience – internships, athletics, student clubs and organizations, community service, part–time employment, leadership, etc. You (the student) provide the information and the program puts it all together for you!

The Transcript will help you:

  • prepare your résumé
  • identify job skills and experience
  • supplement graduate school and scholarship applications
  • accompany employment applications
  • make more informed choices about maximizing your time outside of class
  • get more than just an academic transcript to document your college years

Where Do I Start?

Go to the Instructions web page to find out how to begin. This page will explain about all of the transcript features for adding entries, editing, and printing your transcript.
