What: |
The USD Upward Bound Program provides academic instruction, group and individual tutoring, counseling, and mentoring to 60 eligible students from Kearny High Educational Complex High School who are low-income, first generation college bound high school students. Tutors will provide assistance in English, History, Foreign Language, Math and/or Science subject areas. Tutoring service is needed throughout the academic year (September - May). |

Tutoring services is currently being provided at Kearny High Educational Complex High School by appointment from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Library/Student Center Monday through Friday. |
Who: |
Current students enrolled at the University of San Diego who have been awarded Federal Work Study may apply for a Tutor/Mentor position. |
