Engaging Philanthropy

We work with a broad range of individual donors and philanthropic entities, to provide action-oriented research, build relationships between nonprofits and funders, and inform funding and policies to make a positive impact in our communities. The Nonprofit Institute’s Philanthropy Program was launched in 2020, thanks to a generous endowment gift from the Legler Benbough Foundation (LBF).

More broadly, the Philanthropy Program is dedicated to building stronger relationships between the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors, as well as to promoting a community of generosity and changemakers for a better tomorrow.
