Description

This capstone course is designed to integrate students’ learning in the Leadership Minor with their experiences across a variety of contexts. Students will explore leadership for change on the interconnected levels of self, group, and system. They will engage in individual and group reflection to increase integrative learning and decrease blind spots. Additionally, students will solidify their personal philosophy of leadership and complete a group change project to affect the larger community. Throughout the course students will continuously examine the group process to better understand and apply leadership concepts to practice. Prerequisites: EDLD/LEAD 160 at the Undergraduate level with a minimum grade of C- and EDLD/LEAD 350 or LEAD 357 at the Undergraduate level with a minimum grade of C-.
