Linda is a leadership development specialist who has spent almost 30 years contributing to the development and transformation of senior business executives and their teams through coaching, facilitation and training. As a coach, she is passionate about supporting her clients to develop self-awareness, break through their challenges, and unleash their full potential so that they can achieve excellence and fulfillment in their professional and personal lives. Working within a holistic, developmental framework she facilitates transformation by combining support, presence, deep inquiry, and challenge. An emphasis on self-awareness, self-correction, and self-generation of solutions ensures lasting results for her clients. She is committed to contributing to the growth and development of individuals, teams, and organizations for the betterment of society as a whole.
Linda is the co-founder of GloCo Leadership Consulting, a leadership coaching and development company located in San Diego, California. She coaches senior business executives and their teams in the Professional Services, Management Consulting, Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare and Nonprofit fields. She is affiliated with Mobius Executive Leadership as a transformational coach.
Linda serves as the Director of Education and as lead faculty for the Leadership Coaching Certificate Program at the University of San Diego. Together with a colleague, she developed a tailored version of this coaching certificate program for squadron commanders in the United States Air Force. She delights in teaching, mentoring and certifying coaches who will go on to foster the agility and inner transformation demanded of leaders in these exceptional times.
Linda holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters in Clinical Psychology (Cum Laude) from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa where she was a licensed Clinical Psychologist in private practice for several years. She is a certified Integral Coach® and holds an active PCC credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Her certifications in assessment tools include: The Leadership Circle Profile, MBTI, EQ-i 2.0 and EQ-i 360. Linda lives in San Diego with her husband and two sons having immigrated from South Africa to the United States in 2009.
