Toya Rattler, founder of AG Consulting, is a leadership strategist and executive coach with over 28 years of experience helping leaders and teams excel in fast-paced industries. A former Area Vice President of Human Resources at PulteGroup and senior leader at Quaker Oats and PepsiCo, she is known for aligning talent strategies with business goals and fostering coach-centric cultures that drive performance. Toya holds a JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a BA from UC Berkeley.
