Ihan Anita Ip, PhD is a leadership educator, certified coach, and strategist dedicated to creating spaces where collective leadership and belonging can flourish. She serves as Assistant Director at the Nonprofit Institute at the University of San Diego and was honored with the 2025 Adjunct Faculty of the Year Award through the Department of Leadership Studies for her contributions to leadership education.
With expertise in curriculum design, coaching, and organizational development, Ihan supports leaders and teams across sectors to engage complexity with clarity, equity, and care.
