The Practice of Conscious Leadership: An Advanced Master Class for Executives, Directors and High-Level Managers

An advanced master class designed to promote, build and develop high-level leadership thinking which will result in highly effective leadership action.

Leaders must operate in increasingly complex and uncertain environments, and they face issues that test values, disrupt comfort levels and create significant tension. In this uniquely designed program, leaders will develop their capacity for effective leadership. A central premise of the Practice of Conscious Leadership is that individuals have the ability to deepen their own awareness as a way to better understand strengths, liabilities and places where they and their organizations get stuck.

Participants will expand perspectives, examine habits and patterns, and develop expansive tools for the practice of effective leadership. Additionally, participants will develop self-awareness, personal clarity and the ability to understand and integrate individual, group and community perspectives in order to mobilize others, and address the complex social and organizational challenges they face.

A unique methodology

We have taken the best of current leadership development and integrated it with cutting-edge approaches for leadership transformation. Participants learn from their own leadership cases, working closely in facilitated peer work groups to deepen the learning and promote the relevant application of the topics. Using innovative exercises and challenges, participants will experientially learn about leadership dynamics and the complexity within groups and organizations. Facilitators tap into what is 'alive' within the group, connecting the topics with real-time experiences to maximize growth.

Participants will complete the Leadership Circle Profile:

"The Leadership Circle Profile is the only competency-based 360° profile that measures two primary leadership domains—Creative leadership competencies and Reactive tendencies. It then integrates the information so that the key opportunities for development immediately rise to the surface. Unlike most assessments that measure only competencies, Leadership Circle Profile reveals to leaders and managers what they are doing, why they are doing it, and what actions they can take to lift their leadership to a higher level."

Who should attend?
