Havana, Cuba (July 23, 2018) - Cuba is heading towards one of the most profound changes of its Constitution during the last 40 years. 

While Trump paralyzed the thaw, the new President, Miguel Diaz-Canel, became one of the main responsible for the Magna Carta to be reformed for the first time since 1976.
