About the Kroc School

Dedicated to Peace and Justice

At the University of San Diego Joan B. Kroc School of Peace Studies, we promote a multifaceted approach to peacebuilding and social justice, integrating theory and practice in the classroom as well as in communities worldwide. We research some of the toughest, most troubling phenomena of our times, producing rigorous and innovative work published in a wide variety of outlets. Students from all over the world are prepared by outstanding faculty and gain experience in the field through our Internship Program and the Kroc School institutes - the Institute for Peace and Justice, the Trans-Border Institute, and the Center for Peace and Commerce (the latter in partnership with the School of Business Administration). To find out more about the Kroc School's recent endeavors click here.

The Kroc School is a resource for international peacebuilders and changemakers, students, faculty, community members and all who are dedicated to peace and justice. We invite you to explore our website, learn more about our master's program and the work of our institutes, sign up for our e-newsletters, or schedule a visit.
