For Faculty and Students

Learn the Practice of Building Peace

As a student, you’re looking for ways to take your learning beyond the classroom, to get involved, to be a changemaker. Throughout the year, the Kroc IPJ offers numerous opportunities for you to learn, research, write, connect, and contribute to the work of the Institute. From attending one of our events to build your knowledge and grow your network to completing an internship “in the field” with one of our PeaceMakers, there are many ways for you to engage with the Kroc IPJ. Please feel free to stop by our office any time for more information.

Stay tuned for upcoming opportunities for the 2020-2021 Academic Year!

Collaborate with the Kroc IPJ

As a faculty or staff member here at the University of San Diego, you’re conducting cutting edge research while teaching our students how to be engaged changemakers. The Kroc IPJ provides opportunities for you to practice the engaged scholarship called for in USD’s Vision 2024 by incorporating Kroc IPJ programs and events into your courses, inviting Kroc IPJ staff members to guest lecture a class, and conducting research through the Kroc IPJ’s programs and networks.

Contact us to explore some of the ways we can create engaged, applied learning together and provide opportunities for your students.
