USD Mobility and Parking Plan

USD Mobility and Parking Plan

This document, the result of more than two years of research, study and discussions, includes input from a wide variety of campus stakeholders as well as incorporating best practices from colleges and universities across the nation. Divided into two main sections, the first is the USD Mobility and Parking Plan, which explains the process that was followed to develop the new mobility and parking strategic plan, as well as the issues that were identified and the solutions proposed to address those issues. The second section, the Parking Rules and Regulations, explains the updated regulations and describes the new parking categories and how parking lots and spaces are organized. It covers alternative modes of transportation, including public transportation and a bicycle loan program; special parking situations; and parking enforcement and citations.
