Transfer Fall Orientation

We know this is not your first time on a college campus, and we value the experience you will bring to our community. We have a specially designed orientation program to make your transition to USD as seamless as possible. Our goal is for you to:

  • Prepare for classes: Prepare for academic success by connecting with the deans and faculty in your school or college.
  • Meet your community: Meet the student leaders, faculty, and staff who are here to support you, this semester and beyond.
  • Connect with resources: Receive information about essential resources and connect with campus departments to ensure you have a great start at USD.

All new transfer students are required to attend Transfer Fall Orientation. Be sure to confirm your attendance in your MySanDiego Portal (in the "Admissions" tab, "Announcements" sub-tab) by August 24, and let us know about any accommodations you may require in advance of Transfer Fall Orientation.
