Since the focus of the One Stop Student Center is to serve students and parents in person, when you call 619-260-2700, your call will likely be routed to a phone menu which will assist you in contacting one of the three home offices, financial aid, student accounts, or registrar. Our office is generally busy all day every day attending to students' needs in person. If your question is simple or routine and you cannot come in, the best way to directly contact us is by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We welcome all routine email inquiries about simple issues. We will respond within two business days although 90% of the time we answer in in less than a day. If your question is complex you will need to visit our office.
Important: Email inquiries must originate from your USD email account and include your ID number. These requirements are necessary to protect the privacy of our students. We will not respond to emails that do not meet this criteria.
Email tip: Some questions, financial aid issues for example, are too complex to be answered in an email. If you have a complex issue, please stop in to see one of our counselors instead of emailing our office.
