Undergraduate Diploma Information
The Office of the Registrar will begin ordering diplomas 2-3 weeks after degrees are conferred. Degrees will be awarded on the following dates:
January graduates - After January 31st
May graduates - After May 31st
August graduates - After August 31st
Please allow at least 4-6 weeks from the time your degree is awarded for your diploma to arrive. Your diploma will be sent to the address provided on your Petition to Graduate. If you have already petitioned to graduate you can view your diploma mailing address by clicking here. To update your diploma mailing address, please send a request to registrar@sandiego.edu.
Replacement Diplomas
If you have graduated from USD and would like to receive an additional copy of your diploma, please mail or hand deliver the Replacement Diploma form with check payment to:

Please note: Cashier's Office is located in the Hughes Administration Center Room 211 and is currently open on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10am-3pm.
