In order to get approval to take a course outside of USD, you must complete the Request for Transfer Articulation process. This can be done online from your MySanDiego portal. The Transfer Articulation Form is located under the My Academics tab of the Torero Hub in the box titled Transfer Articulation. Click on the Request for Transfer Articulation link.
Your Transfer Class Articulation Form will be routed first to your Academic Advisor and then to the Department Chair for approval. You will receive emails at each step in the process, including whether or not your petition has been approved or denied. Please follow up with your Academic Advisor or the Department Chair if you have not received an approval or denial for your articulation form.
If approved please make sure to submit your official transcripts to the One Stop Student Center once your course is complete.
