Billing & Payments

Payment Methods

The University of San Diego offers two payment options to assist students and their families in meeting the costs of education.

The two payment options are to pay in full or enroll in a monthly installment payment plan.

Option 1

Pay in Full

Cash, check, eCheck and wire transfer are acceptable forms of payment. USD does not accept credit card payments.

Option 2

Establish a Payment Plan

We tailor flexible payment plans to fit your educational investment and ensure that you have financial peace of mind during your time here at USD. Payment plans must be set up each semester if you choose to use that method of payment.

  • Your account balance must not be delinquent and prior semester charges must be paid
  • Current semester tuition and fees must be billed
  • 5 monthly payments
  • $50 processing fee (non-refundable) per semester
