USD School of Law’s Law Alumni Association (LAA) is a community of more than 16,000 alumni worldwide. Its mission is to create, strengthen, and maintain meaningful connections among alumni, faculty, and students. The Law Alumni Association promotes and supports the advancement of the USD School of Law. All graduates of USD School of Law are automatically members of the USD Law Alumni Association.

USD’s Law Alumni Association (LAA) is critical to the success of USD School of Law. Alumni are encouraged to get involved by attending alumni events, mentoring students, and by connecting with faculty and fellow alumni. The active participation of our alumni enriches the lives of others in our community – intellectually, professionally, and socially.

The Law Alumni Association is governed by the USD Law Alumni Association Board of Directors. The Board is comprised of alumni directors, a faculty representative, the Student Bar Association President, and the Dean of the law school.
