Betsy Brennan ‘03 (JD) Joins the Regional Task Force on the Homeless’s Continuum of Care Advisory Board of Directors

SAN DIEGO (March 12, 2021) – University of San Diego (USD) School of Law alumna Betsy Brennan, ‘03 (JD), has joined the Regional Task Force on the Homeless’ Continuum of Care Advisory Board of Directors. The Advisory Board joins with the region’s elected officials, service providers, and leaders to discuss best policies and practices for the region. The Board focuses on advising about new initiatives and services throughout the San Diego community and creates policy and advocates to help solve the homeless crisis in the city.

Brennan serves as President and CEO of Downtown San Diego Partnership, an organization dedicated to promoting economic prosperity and vibrancy within the urban San Diego area. The Partnership aids more than 400-member businesses in downtown San Diego and contributes efforts to improve the quality of living in the city.

Brennan has also served in numerous other roles for community involvement, including as Chief of Staff for City Council President Scott Peters, Chief of Staff for the President of San Diego State University, and many more. She has been a member of the USD Law Board of Visitors, the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce, and the San Diego Regional Economic Development Corporation.
