Gomez Trial Attorneys (GTA) Opens Their Doors to a Wider Audience To Help More People

Gomez Trial Attorneys

SAN DIEGO (October 8, 2020) – University of San Diego (USD) School of Law alumnus Max E. Halpern, ’15 (JD), trial lawyer at Gomez Trial Attorneys, specializes in litigating catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and sexual assault cases. Halpern recently assumed the role of Law Firm Challenge Captain for the Gomez LFC Team. Halpern and his GTA colleagues want to help more people who have suffered injuries. Up until recently, Gomez Trial Attorneys have largely limited the firm’s representation to cases involving catastrophic injury. The firm is now accepting injury cases that are not catastrophic in nature—in order to expand the difference the firm can make for those who need legal representation. As a Law Firm Challenge Participating Firm, Gomez understands that every case is the biggest case in a client’s life.
