Jessica Neyman ’00 (JD) Named Chief Human Resources Officer of Killeen Independent School District

KILLEEN, TEXAS (February 17, 2020) – University of San Diego (USD) School of Law Alumna Jessica Neyman, ’00 (JD), was named Chief Human Resources Officer of the Killeen Independent School District in Killeen, Texas.

In her new position, Neyman will oversee employee recruitment, hiring, and retention as well as managing performance and facilitating employment engagement.

Neyman was previously the Director of Human Resources at Georgetown Independent School District where she served on the GISD's leadership team, overhauled the process for family and medical leave, ADA, and worker’s compensation procedures. In 2018, Neyman graduated from the Texas Superintendents'​Certification Institute, which prepares future leaders in education.

Throughout her career, Neyman has developed and implemented numerous district policies in compliance with federal and state employment laws. Neyman has dedicated years of her career to various Human Resources departments and provided legal representation for districts across the nation.
