SAN DIEGO (February 6, 2020) – University of San Diego (USD) School of Law Alumnus Mark A. Krasner, ’81 (JD), Named 2020 Honoree at the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) 2020 Vision Gala.

Krasner is being honored at this year’s Vision Gala for his generous support and tremendous efforts to achieve JDRF’s mission to find a cure for Type 1 diabetes.

After graduating from University of San Diego School of Law, magna cum laude, Krasner began work at Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek and became partner after twelve years with the firm. Krasner then went on to become a founding partner of Blanchard, Krasner & French in 1992. Krasner has over 36 years of experience as a certified public accountant and attorney. His areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, real estate, tax matters, family law, purchases and sales, litigation, licensing, corporate and partnership structuring and reorganizations, international trade, tax and estate planning.

For sixteen consecutive years, Krasner has been recognized by Martindale-Hubbell AV for the Highest Level of Professional Excellence. He has been named “Best Lawyer in La Jolla” nine out of the last ten years, and has additionally been included in the “Top Attorneys in San Diego” for several years in a row.

The JDRF 2020 Vision Gala will take place Saturday, April 25, at the Reno Ballroom.
