Professor Dov Fox Holds Book Signing at Harvard University

SAN DIEGO (November 4, 2019) – University of San Diego (USD) School of Law Professor and Director for the Center of Health Law Policy and Bioethics Dov Fox discussed his recent book Birth Rights and Wrongs: How Medicine and Technology are Remaking Reproduction and the Law  on a panel at Harvard University on September 10.

Fox’s book highlights the issue of reproductive negligence and the subsequent legal implications. His presentation follows topics of contraception, IVF, and mislabeled donor samples, among others. The event was followed by a book signing.

About Professor Dov Fox 

Professor Dov Fox teaches and writes in the areas of health law and bioethics, the regulation of technology and criminal law. He is the director for the Center of Health Law Policy and Bioethics. Fox serves on the advisory boards of the Appellate Defenders, American Constitution Society, and Illumina Genomics. Fox also works on National Institutes of Health grants on topics in genomic privacy, translational medicine, and biomedical research ethics.
