SAN DIEGO (November 4, 2019) – University of San Diego (USD) School of Law Alumni Theodore J. Boutrous, Jr., ’87 (JD), and Richard J. Doren, ’86 (JD), were named in the 2019 edition of “100 Leading Lawyers in California” by the Daily Journal. It is Boutrous’s 15th appearance on the list.

Boutrous is a partner in the office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in Los Angeles. He is an experienced civil lawyer who has argued hundreds of appeals in federal court. He currently serves as part of the Advisory Board for the International Women’s Media Foundation.  Boutrous received his law degree from USD School of Law.

Doren is also a partner in the Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP office. Doren is a successful civil litigator in state, federal, and appellate courts. Recently, he defended Apple in a highly watched anti-trust case against Qualcomm. Doren received his law degree from USD School of Law.
