SAN DIEGO (October 3, 2019) – University of San Diego (USD) School of Law alumnus James E.R. Low, ’14 (JD), has been appointed as co-chairman of the Board of Directors for the California Patrons of the Arts in the Vatican Museums–an interfaith, nonprofit organization charged with the protection, restoration, and preservation of human history as it is contained in the great repository of art and artifact in the collections of the Vatican Museums.

Low is the founder and Chief Investment Officer of Thames Wolfe, LLC, in Los Angeles. Thames Wolfe is an alternative hedge fund and Low serves as fund manager to Thames Wolfe’s anchor fund in global, luxury residential real estate development.  

Low received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California (USC) and his master’s in business administration from Harvard Business School. Low is a member of the Class of 2014 5-Year Reunion Committee and recently led a private tour of one USD’s most highly anticipated art exhibits, Christ: Life, Death and Resurrection, a collection of Italian Renaissance drawings and prints from The British Museum–including a Michelangelo drawing.
