SAN DIEGO (September 19, 2019) –University of San Diego (USD) School of Law Alumna former Congresswoman Lynn Schenk, ’70 (JD), was profiled in the San Diego Magazine article “ Women Firsts in San Diego.” Schenk was the first woman elected to Congress south of Los Angeles as well as the first woman to be chief of staff to a California governor (Gray Davis).
