SAN DIEGO (July 12, 2019) – University of San Diego (USD) School of Law Alumnus David S. Casey, Jr., ’74 (JD), was named in the 2019 edition of Top 30 Plaintiff Lawyers by the Daily Journal. This recognition exemplifies David’s exceptional legal work and dedication to the highest standard of plaintiffs’ representation. This is the sixth straight year that Casey, Jr. has received this honor.

Casey, Jr. has received more than 60 professional awards in California and across the country. He is past president of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (now known as the American Association for Justice), past president of both the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego and the Consumer Attorneys of California and was inducted into the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego’s "Trial Lawyer Hall of Fame."

Casey, Jr. is the managing partner of CaseyGerry, which is the oldest plaintiff’s law firm in San Diego.
