Toreros Reunited for Homecoming and Family Weekend 2025

USD community celebrates connection, tradition and school spirit with a weekend full of festivities

The University of San Diego welcomed Toreros from near and far for Homecoming and Family Weekend 2025, a spirited celebration that brought the entire campus community together.

Alumni, students, families and friends filled campus with laughter, memories and unmistakable Torero pride throughout the biggest weekend of the fall semester.

The festivities kicked off with the heartfelt Legacy Pinning Ceremony, honoring generations of Toreros, and continued with the lively Alumni and Student Festival, complete with games, inflatables and food trucks.

The Western-themed Evening Under the Stars – Wild West Fest drew a packed crowd for casino games, live music and a hoedown that raised funds for student scholarships.

Energy soared at the Big Blue Bash student concert and the Torero Tailgate, which fueled fans for a doubleheader featuring women’s volleyball against Oregon State and men’s football versus Drake. The weekend closed with the Alumni and Family Mass and Food Drive, uniting the USD community in faith and service.

Homecoming and Family Weekend 2025 was a true reminder of what makes USD special — a place where connections run deep, traditions thrive and Torero spirit shines bright.
