The University of San Diego (USD) has launched a first-of-its-kind suite of online Master's degree programs in technology that are designed exclusively for working professionals located in India.

The university has been successfully enabling tech leaders through these courses in the United States for the past decade. Now, they are available to both individuals and corporations in India committed to capacity building in Artificial Intelligence (AI), data science and Cyber Security.

“We’re proud to collaborate with GradRight to enable India’s talent to pursue advanced, future-proof degrees without putting their careers on hold, said USD's Shiley-Marcos School of Engineering Dean Chell Roberts, PhD. "Our online Master’s programs blend rigorous academics, industry expertise, and flexible delivery — reflecting USD’s deep commitment to education that prepares graduates for real-world innovation and leadership.”

These flexible, online programs include an asynchronous, 20-month rigorous curriculum developed by experienced academia with deep industry knowledge and expertise supported by robust advisory boards of innovative leaders and educators.

The curriculum is reviewed and updated annually to reflect real-world challenges and industry needs. These programs are  identical to the on-campus version, and all students receive the same degree, regardless of the mode of delivery.  Students are encouraged to engage in networking opportunities through a two-week optional on-campus immersion in the USA.

“At GradRight, we believe that global education should be accessible to all, without financial or geographical barriers," said GradRight Co-Founder Aman Singh. "Our collaboration with USD brings high-caliber, industry-relevant online master’s programs directly to working professionals in India — helping them upskill, grow, and contribute to India’s growing tech ecosystem. We are excited to enable this opportunity for up-and-coming tech innovators in India. Our aim is to democratize education, making a world-renowned degree not just a dream but a realistic stepping stone towards career growth.”
