SAN DIEGO (February 6, 2023) – University of San Diego (USD) School of Law alumnus Jason Armand ‘05 (JD) was recently appointed to serve as a Judge on the Riverside County Superior Court by California Governor Gavin Newsom.

Armand has served as a Deputy District Attorney at the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office since 2007. He is the first to hold the newly funded trial judge position in the Riverside County Superior Court. Armand was one of 10 Superior Court judges appointed by Governor Newsom this month.
