Athletics: Men’s Soccer Takes First Place in WCC

Toreros win 4-1 over #7 Portland

In a battle for first place in the West Coast Conference, the University of San Diego men's soccer team (6-4-6, 4-0-1 WCC) dominated #7 Portland (10-2-3, 4-1-0 WCC) on Saturday night, 4-1.

It was USD's highest ranked win since 2014, when the Toreros beat #1 UCLA by a score of 1-0.
 
Four different players scored for San Diego, including Trevor Dillon, Oshea Foster, Alex Churness, and Owen Wiebe.
